She is the founder of The GROW Gathering® and Elisa LaShell Enterprise, LLC, and has developed proprietary frameworks including Purpose Positioning®, CPOD, and the Purpose–Professional–Prophetic Mobilization Model.
Stephen Fisher Jr. is a former professional athlete (NFL, CFL, XFL, NFL Europe), ordained minister of more than 26 years, and award-winning recruiting and sales leader. His career spans multi-million-dollar revenue generation, senior technical recruiting, and leadership development in high-performance environments. He was formally commissioned as a Pastor within The GROW Gathering® in 2025.

The AAG ecosystem is built by more than its founders.
